- Supervising loading and unloading operations to ensure efficient handling of products while preventing damage or delays in shipping schedules.

- Coordinate with drivers and monitor truck movements to ensure adherence to schedules.

- Contacting customers to confirm the dates for receiving and delivering the shipment.

- The journeys are tracked until they reach the customer.

- Issue export documents (invoice, packing list, health certificate).

- Follow up with customers to ensure receipt of documents and clearance of goods.

- Follow up on customer payments and approve final invoices with the Finance Department.

- Send original documents to each customer in a timely manner.

- Send samples to customers, communicate information to the Sales Department, and track samples until they are delivered to the customer.

- Continuously plan and update plans, schedules, and shipments for all sales transactions.

- Receive invoices from shipping agents and brokers for review and delivery to the finance department for issuing checks. Deal with shipping agents and select the best Prices
