I was responsible for all static equipment's maintenance activities from Heat Exchangers, Air-coolers, distillation columns to pressurized vessels and valves. My specific job was mainly planning, executing and supervising all works throughout shutdown's period.
My latest project working with Technip Energies. We planned job procedure with technical method of statement, prepared and organized all the need material, then supervise the execution of the revamp works of three distillation columns in MIDOR site.
I had a 1 week course at APM headquarters for the ASME Flange Management code and successfully completed it and got ASME certified Flange Management Engineer certificate.
Had a one-month long summer international workshop where I had several courses introducing:
Participated in a 2-week summer training in the Maintenance Department:
• Learned the different types of valves and how they are operated and maintained.
• Had a practical training in the manufacturing processes; Casting and Welding.
• Theoretical and practical introduction to heat exchangers and how they are assembled and maintained.
Participated in many charity and social events and field projects, gaining lots of experiences and communication skills.
Managed to successfully create multiple community service events along the year aiming to not only help the poor, but also orphans and elders in need.
