- Current role at BASF OTC supply chain supporting CM , CI , CP & PM :
- Initiating orders on SAP following PO received from customers
- Follow up for indent orders allocation , booking & communicating those data regularly with the customer making sure all set avoiding any demurrage , storage & delay for customers
- Follow up for documents being uploaded properly on CARGOX with the exact required documents for each shipment
- Issuing NCMs & CNs ensuring they were settled properly to avoid any blockings going further

- A) Planning & MRP: Weekly analysis for the required materials based on the production need (using SAP system). Issue Purchase requisitions for the required material based on the needed delivery dates. Convert the Purchase requisitions to Purchase orders & send to the supplier. Coordinate with the production planner in case of production changes that may occur due to machines problem or forecast changes. Monitor the stock level & adapt to the market changes. 6. Participate & handle Score project.
- B) Import Follow up The delivery date of the Imported & local RM & PKG with the suppliers. Coordinate financial settlement related to the purchase orders to ensure that the suppliers will receive their payment on time & without any delay. Follow up & review the shipping docs with the suppliers before sending it to the forwarder to ensure that there are no missing docs & the docs are correct. Performing distribution Risk Assessment for all RM & PM received and participating in many investigations with our quality team and suppliers to ensure that materials received are in a good quality.
- C) Clearance activity Follow up the RM, PM & NON-COGS clearance docs as well as the clearance process with the Forwarder till goods reach our site. Handling the MOH approvals & fulfill all the MOH requirements. Support in some activities such as issuing OTPs for feeding our custom account, demurrage cheques & advance payments.
- D) Warehousing Checking the reception of any material in parallel with Sanofi guidelines, Training on SAP Athena from business prospective staring from materials posting on SAP ending with F. Gs shipping to DC. Handling of any transfer requests from the production through SAP Supporting Q.A during any issued investigation, Assure that all the WH Logbooks and documents are filled according to Sanofi guidelines and GDP, Balancing the number of received F.Gs pallets from production with the number of pallets shipped to DC.
