**Key Responsibilities:

• Approve, issue and maintain Project Execution Plan.
• Contribute to development of overall project schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and control execution of project, in accordance with approved Project Execution Plan (PEP) and PhPC requirements, within scope, time and cost constrains and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures.
• Maintain HSE focus within team to ensure HSE requirements included in design and procurement.
• Monitor cost aspects of project within direct control to forecast final costs, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns.
• Foster healthy communication, coordination, teamwork and alignment among all project team participants by carefully listening to them, discussing issues, resolving problems and directing activities to remove roadblocks and achieving project objectives.
• Forecast performance of Project, and proactively resolve performance, scope and schedule issues as they arises to ensure meeting project’s objectives.
• Review, approve, and issue Project Status Report & statistics, and communicates it on a weekly basis with PhPC Senior Management Team (SMT).
• Manage interfaces with PMT, Drilling, Subsurface, and Operations Teams.
• Interface with the Operations Team and Contractor & Subcontractors, and effectively implement the change control process to properly manage all contract changes & variations.
• Responsible for ensuring project meet Key Performance Indicators KPI’s and other objectives.
• Coordinate with the procurement manager and participate in managing procurement processes and contribute to the negotiation of contracts for engineering, construction & commissioning services.
• Provide leadership in development of contracts between project, contractors and vendors.
• Manage drivers affecting outcomes of safety, cost, schedule, risk and quality.
• Ensure implementation of methodologies related to risk/opportunity, knowledge management, lessons learned, cost of non-quality.
• Review for approvals all project MOCs and contractor’s variations orders, and proper closing of Technical Deviation Requests.
• Ensure proper closing out project.

**Project:

- Atoll Gas Development Project - (Early Production Scheme).

**Key Responsibilities:

• Took lead in maximizing health, environmental protection, safety, well-being awareness.
• Drove Construction & Commissioning driven project strategy.
• Prepared project Construction Management Plan.
• Mobilized field organization and took part in selection process for personnel.
• Took lead in constructability reviews.
• Supervised team of more than thousand construction workers of contractors and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality of work.
• Reviewed of contract packages and took part in bid evaluation process.
• Overall responsibility for all health, environmental protection, safety, well-being, constructability, construction planning, cost and progress control, quality assurance and control aspects, inspection, material and logistics management (set up and participate in transport plans), and interface management on Construction Site.
• Ensured high level of health, environmental protection, safety, well-being awareness within Staff.
• Adhered to project health, environmental protection, safety, well-being Plan. Duties include: risk identification and evaluation.
• Performed management inspections, monthly reporting, review of personnel health, environmental protection, safety, well-being performance etc.

- Ichthys Onshore LNG Project

**Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinated and supervised construction planning, material resources, and staff scheduling to achieve on-time, under-budget completion for work of construction JKC Contractor to ensure work is safely performed.
• Supervised work of Vendor Specialist to ensure work was performed on schedule and in accordance with required quality.
• Coordinated of Pre-commissioning, hand-over to Commissioning Team.
• Made sure that Construction Contractor follows project health, environmental protection, safety, well-being Plan.
• Kept daily logs up-to date.
• Kept record of quality of work performed.
• Kept record of man-hours spent by Vendor Specialist.
• Made sure to understand agreed physical progress measurement systems for field activities.
• Defined scope of work for work that may/might be classified as extra work. Obtained approval of Construction Management prior to execution.
• Attended progress meeting and prepared progress meeting notes with Construction Management and Construction Contractors.
• Assured & Participated in Right First Time (RFT) program implementation.
• Made sure to be informed about activities to be executed by Construction Contractors and Vendor Specialist.
• Made sure to understand contractual quality requirements for Construction work to be performed under supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Ensured understanding and implemented Project’s Quality Standards.
• Monitored and supported Quality Control activities.
• Reviewed specifications in terms of Project’s Quality requirements.
• Had responsibility of implementation of Project Quality Plan at site.
• Coordinated with site Quality team and site Management.
• Had responsibility for collection and review of relevant reports and other documentation produced by subcontractors during inspections.
• Performed / participated to final walk downs with Customer, Subcontractor(s), and Construction Engineers etc. and verified recording of observations (punch items) that had been occurred after walk down of inspectors in relevant list.
• Liaised with Site Manager for ensuring compliance of Sub-contractors with their contractual requirements
• Supported Site QA/QC team on technical aspects related to Quality Control.
• Led daily and weekly site quality meetings with subcontractors.
• Participated in daily, weekly, and monthly site meetings.
• Contributed to Project monthly reporting in respect of QA/QC activities.
• Assured completeness and final review of final quality files.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Carried out QC related functions by witnessing & monitoring welding/piping fabrication related activities (material receiving inspection, cutting, prefab, welding, PWHT, NDE, etc.
• Managed all activities related to piping/Structural fabrication.
• Ensured that resources and organization from Contractor are adequate regarding to workload for QA/QC activities of piping/structural.
• Participated in test packs preparation.
• Ensured that fabrication complies with contractual requirements and project documentation.
• Reviewed Construction documentation & Highlight inconsistencies to maximum.
• Reviewed & Signed off QC records of spools and related inspection and Test Records ITRs.
• Oversaw Hydrostatic Tests.
• Witnessed Flange Management & signing off related ITRs upon completions.
• Participated in Review Manufacturing Record Books MRBs by reviewing related QC & NDE records.
• Signed off relevant Piping / Structural pre-commissioning & commissioning Inspection Test Records (ITRs) according to completions management system.
• Ensured that Documentation is properly filed and accessible.
