- Track, analyse, and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance
Cooperate with RM (Reliability Maintenance Department) for cost reduction, FMEA, Line improvement, predictive maintenance, and updates to planned maintenance procedures and activities
- Supervise implementation and commissioning of new equipment, such as installing a finishing coaters group for the colour-coating line
- In addition, I was a member of projects that improved efficiency and/ or reduced operating costs
1-Colour Coating Line Revamping project (includes removing the incinerator system and installing an RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) that saves 70% of gas consumption
2-Galvanizing line revamping project includes removing the old furnace and installing a new one with an entry tunnel, and installing and commissioning SkinPass mill & Tension Leveller& Ceramic Zinc pot & Chemical Coater
