- Lead a complete study to enhance custody transfer performance in which we concluded skids modifications that intends to increase company profit by (1-4) % annually using custody transfer grade of CORIOLIS and Ultrasonic Flow Meters.
- Lead custody transfer proving equipment calibration witnessed by SGS - UK as 3rd party.
- Lead the execution of a full system migration for the Metering Flow Measurement Control System using (EMERSON S600+) Flow Computers and (SWINTON Technology UK) as system integrator beginning from required specifications up to the system startup.
- Working on migrating an obsolete system from TechnipFMC to ALDERLEY which includes both safe and hazardous areas modifications
- Working on an animated software tool to integrate maintenance feedback into the HMI while the 1st milestone is proudly achieved after i managed to draw the over ground tanks, pump stations, piping, electrical substations, S.P.M.s and metering skids using 3ds Max and Lumion software.
- Designed and applied a new metering system specifications according to latest API standards which included integration with Allen-Bradley Controllers using both MODBUS and OPC connections.
