- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients in order to generate revenue through loans, lines of credit, and other financial services by provide customized financial solutions to meet their needs by working closely with other bank’s Sectors such as markets, treasury, trade, operations and etc.
- Preparing lending decisions , lending agreements , outlining the impact of products such as treasury services, loans and credit through focusing on Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments by crunching the numbers, assessing companies’ historical financial performance and the projected one after the debt issuance takes place.
- Evaluating & assisting clients in preparing financial modeling which includes cash sources & uses , Pro-Forma Capitalization table, and analyses of key leverage , coverage ratios as well as liquidity metrics on the project finance projects.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate loans by Structure and monitor syndicated and bi-lateral loan market and transactions, Retaining existing clients and suggesting additional services/products to them and winning new clients.
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on financial and operational matters & Offering them different services like liquidity management, risk management, cash management (collecting cash and managing changes in foreign exchange rates) and syndicated loans.
- Staying up-to-date on industry and regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers' needs.
- Identifying cross sell opportunities when assessing customer’s financial needs and referring them to the appropriate specialists ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for portfolio of customer's in the entire Nbe ( limits , collateral , insurance policies , mortgage , accounts , contracts , due ,payments , approvals activation , checks …etc. ) .
- Applies the bank's credit policy, practice and procedures on a consistent basis.
- Responsible for transactions made on the facilities, limits in the violation of the credit approvals terms & conditions .
- Reviewing settlements and Rescheduling contracts which prepared by legal sector in accordance with credit approval & documents presented from customers (Trade register, tax register, insurance
policies, etc.) and monitor facilities renewal on a timely basis.
- Activating the credit facility and preparing the accounts in order to allow the client to use the facility and preparing the account in order to allow the clients to use the facility in accordance with withdrawal
program "if presented in the approval .
- Ensuring the dues is paid in a timely manner by monitoring the customers repayment of due installments .
- Preparing periodic reports regarding my portfolio & submit to internal management and external supervisory authorities.
- Reviewing client's commercial and real mortgages with the consultant's reports & Following up client's collateral (Deposits,investment certificates, commercial & real estate mortgages … etc. ).
- Flex cube ( new NBE system ) migration team member who was responsible for testing the new system , preparing the draft of the new system policy for getting the board of directors approval on it ,
preparing the customer data to get it ready for the migration , Giving implementation training for other colleagues if needed , facing any other difficult facing the migrations ,, etc. ) .
