Reviews and processes approved daily job requests received from all BA Areas, utility, offices and store, including discussing and determining priorities in conjunction with individual unit heads, making detailed assessment of recourses, material and logistics requirements. Deals with emergency requests immediately, providing technical advice, coordinating with other sections

• Ensures that all activities of the section are carried out in accordance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all safety rules and regulations are fully explained to BA and contractor employees; that appropriate safety and protective equipment is ordered and stocked in the work unit; that safety notices are prominently displayed in all work area; and that all accidents and incidents are efficiently investigated and analyzed, including implementation of measures to avoid a recurrence
• Ensure all activities carried out accordance with Company quality and maintenance management systems

Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling facility maintenance to ensure proper safety, sanitation, and general mechanical and fire fighting functions for all buildings, grounds, and equipment. Conducts and oversees the preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Evaluates all maintenance request forms, sets priorities, and process departmental work assignments. Flow up contractors or subcontractors to perform maintenance work too specialized or extensive to be performed by the maintenance staff. Works with the WCC to maintain all appropriate permits and licensing. Maintains all maintenance records.

Additional responsibilities:

· Maintains adequate inventory levels by ordering supplies and equipment for plumbing department.

· Help the in-house team and new projects

· Responsible for interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Authorizes use of vacation and sick leave.
