- Attract new Business banking companies to maximize Bank’s assets, trade finance and liabilities, as well as cross-selling CIB’s other products.
- Conduct simplified financial analysis and simplified Executive Summary for new cases or solicited directly to identify the customer needs and offer them the suitable product programs.
- Maintain strong relations with existing Business Banking clients to maximize CIB share of wallet in all relevant products.
- Handle customers’ complaints properly, and recommends solutions to evade re- occurrence and ensure they are closed within the set TAT.
