• Gouna brewery was totally shutdown during this period, and I was responsible of taking care and maintain the equipment by run the machines according to the PM plan to keep it functionally like cooling compressors, boilers, air compressors. pumps, and all equipment contains moving part
• Dismantle the machines needed from the brewery and transferred to other plants then install it in the other pants

• Ensured optimal machine performance with regular maintenance and calibration.
• Managed stock control of spare parts to ensure minimal operational disruptions.
• Carried out detailed breakdown analyses leading to reduced downtime.
• Solved complex technical issues to maintain smooth operations.
