HCIA-Big Data

1- Building ETL Project (SSIS integrated with PowerShell) :

A properly designed ETL system that extracts data from the source systems (oracle), enforces data quality and consistency standards, and finally delivers data in a presentation-ready format in SQL server as a destination so that BI developers can use it and end users can make decision.

2- Unit testing Data Project (PowerShell/advanced SQL logic) :

The main purpose of the project is to provide data integrity and make sure that the Data pipeline transforms successfully from source and destination and this is done on a continuous integration behavior that finished with high, powerful, and solid test cases. It is a true data engineering project where we combine ETL and PowerShell scripts to correctly finish this project

3- Abbot Data Project (SQL/PowerShell/R/SSIS) :

The main purpose of the project is to provide a data product for a device company called Abbott to support them with the new European medical device regulations. The main idea is to show how their devices are performing well with respect to other state-of-the-art products using real-world evidence data collected in patient registries. It is a truly data science project where we combine ETL, descriptive statistics, survival analysis, benchmarking, data governance, and R.

4- Report Builder Engine(C#, Builder Design pattern, factory Design pattern , SQL ):

The main purpose of the project is to create a report on the fly using JSON format . The user should fill the Json file then pass it to the APP, Hence the App should generate all scripts and R files alongside the metadata files that is responsible for the report creation and it also runs it on the environment and then the report should be up and ready

5- Sketch Module (C# / SQL / XAML):

Visualization Module which is responsible for representing Medical data on SVG files which represent different Human's arteries and veins. Creating drawing tools that responsible for drawing different examinations and their fixes i.e (stenosis, Cannulations, Anyrsm, Interventions)

6- Sketch web-based System Demo(Angular):

It was a web demo built in Angular for list of tools of the above Sketch System.

7- Sketch Customization System (C# / SQL / XAML):

Automation tool to generate required SQL scripts for adding new sketch Or update existing one properties.

8- SVN Images copyright system (C#):

Using SVN add-ons to get images Info i.e (creating && pushing dates) for copyrights requirements.

9- Hemodynamics Mapping System (C# / Json):

Mapping system to map Excel sheets into Json format.
